Mr Fan is an expert in Criminal Defence and Criminal Risk Prevention and has great experience in this area. Besides being a lawyer, Mr Fan is also a law school professor teaching Criminal Procedure Law, Evidence Law and other courses. He was a visiting scholar in the Ohio Criminal Misconduct Project. Mr Fan is also good at civil and commercial litigation.
