She has many experiences in providing legal services to foreign-invested enterprises, including perennial legal services, factory relocation, layoffs, industrial and commercial changes, company cancellation and clearing, registration of trademark applications, etc., and she is good at writing English legal documents;
She provides consulting services to overseas clients and issues special legal opinions for clients in China;
She is familiar with the return of Taiwan listings, corporate mergers and acquisitions investments, legal due diligence of domestic companies' overseas investment projects and negotiations on related legal matters;
She advises private fund managers on the registration and compliance operations and issues legal opinions based on client requests.
From 2011 to 2016, she worked in Shanghai Fangben (Suzhou) Law Firm, from 2016 to September 2017 at Shanghai Allbright (Suzhou) Law Firm, and joined Shanghai Law View Partners (Suzhou) in November 2017.
