Mr Luo is graduated from the Law School of Xiangtan University. In 2001, he passed the national bar exam and obtained the national lawyer professional qualification. At the beginning of his practice, he worked as a legal consultant in state-owned enterprises and a full-time social lawyer. He practised for nearly 20 years and handled hundreds of lawsuits involving civil, administrative, criminal and other aspects. In the past five years, he undertook a large number of demolition and relocation, administrative litigation cases, accumulated rich experience, and is good at solving difficult problems for enterprises and ordinary people.
