Vivian Jin graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master degree. She has practiced as a PRC lawyer in Shanghai Lehman Law Firm and Shanghai Jia Hai Law Firm since 2006 and is currently one of the senior partners of Law View Partners located in Shanghai.

Ms. Jin is specialized in dealing with all kinds of disputes, including litigation and arbitration. She is good at evaluating and mitigating legal risk for deals and transactions with the endeavor to protect the rights of client from the inception and development through to the resolution stage of a deal or dispute. Her main areas of practice include civil and commercial, financial, private legal affairs, wealth management and planning, etc. She has extensive experience in providing risk management and crisis response strategy for clients, helping business entities establish internal control system and management mechanism, dealing with commercial disputes and representing commercial and financial litigations. Ms. Jin’s focus also covers private legal services for individuals, including personal legal affairs, personal investment risk management, private wealth management and planning, litigation representation, etc.
