Anson Shen is one of the senior partners of Law View Partners. He has extensive experience in dealing with all kinds of corporate legal matters, including equity financing, merger and acquisition, bankruptcy and liquidation, corporate restructuring, equity incentive plans, assets peel-off, and contract and company disputes, etc. His representative cases include providing legal services of “A round” financing for an e-commerce and high-tech company, implementing restructuring and equity incentive plan for a sports development company, and designing the financing structure for a NEEQ listing company.

During his private practice, Anson Shen has also gained a wide variety of working experiences in dealing with different kinds of financial cases by representing financial institutions, such as commercial banks, assets management companies, insurance companies, private equity funds, etc. He has represented one subsidiary of the Bank of Shanghai in handling commercial loan collection, litigation and enforcement, represented Bank of Shanghai in handling liquidation responsibility prosecution case of loan company, represented Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Pudong Branch in handling overdue loans collection and claim work and represented Shanghai Office of China Orient Asset Management Corporation in handling non-performing asset disposition.

Anson obtained his Bachelor Degree on Economic Law in 2002. After graduation, he has worked as an in-house attorney in ING Aetna Inc and Tai Ping Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch Office successively. He started his private practice as a lawyer since 2006. He was awarded as the Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers of Minhang District in 2012 and has been praised frequently by judicial bureau of Minhang district for his excellent performance in practicing law.
