Ms. Annie Wang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She obtained Bachelor Degree in International Economic Law in 2002 and Master Degree in Administrative and Constitutional Law in 2005. She has started her private practice as a lawyer for over ten years since 2006 and she is currently a member of the Cultural Media Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.

Annie's main areas of practice are intellectual property and Finance. In the field of intellectual property legal services, she has extensive experience in trademark registration services, constructing intellectual property management and protection system for enterprises, and representing trademark and copyright related cases, etc. Her practices also focus on legal issues in the field of medical and life science, including investment and financing in the medical industry, compliance in the medical device industry, and the system of the marketing authorization holder for drugs and medical devices, etc.

In the field of financial legal services, Annie has been cooperative lawyer for Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Bank of Hangzhou Shanghai Branch, Bank of Shanghai and the likes for a long term and she has also dealt with litigation and non-litigation cases of non-performing assets reclaim and asset securitization product distribution, etc. She has also handled non-litigation cases and perennial consultant issues on behalf of many private equity funds.
