He is a council member of the Shanghai Law Society, a member of the China Case Law Research Association, a deputy secretary-general and a council member of the Shanghai Law Society's Criminal Law Research Association; an expert in the evaluation of master's thesis of the Ministry of Education; a think tank expert in the Minhang District of Shanghai, and an expert in Minhang District Legal counsel, the mediator of Shanghai Second Intermediate People's Court, editor of Shanghai Procuratorate of Shanghai Procuratorate, visiting professor of Guizhou Normal University Law School, and Zhabei District People's Procuratorate Appreciation Expert and other social part-time work, dedicated to professional services society.

Mr Tu has rich experience in legal theory and practice in economic law and criminal law risk prevention. He acted as a local government legal consultant in Linyi, Shandong Province, and provided legal advisory services to a number of important business units.

After practising for more than 10 years, he handled hundreds of lawsuits in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangdong/Jiangsu/Zhejiang and other places, proactively and safeguarding the maximum rights and interests of the parties; and he provided a large number of special training and lectures on legal risks and legal knowledge.
