Ms Chen has nine years of corporate legal experience, is familiar with the commercial franchise model, and can independently provide the company with legal services for the entire process of franchising, including but not limited to the legal aspects of risk creation in the process of pattern creation and mode operation.
Ms Chen specializes in contract law, general rules of civil law, intellectual property rights and other laws and regulations.
