Mr Feng is graduated from the Central South University of Political Science and Law (now Zhongnan University of Economics and Law) in June 1999 with a bachelor's degree in law. From September 1999 to March 2014, he practised in Guangdong Yudian Law Firm. From March 2004 to January 2015, he was a partner at Jiangsu Daming Law Firm. In 2015, he founded Shanghai Law View Partners (Suzhou).
 He has nearly 20 years of experience and has worked in Shenzhen for 5 years. He has a series of legal affairs experience in corporate, securities, intellectual property, personal loan collection, contract review and internal process planning. A number of well-known law firms maintain close business cooperation in litigation and non-litigation. During the practice period, he has represented a large number of civil and commercial, intellectual property, administrative and other litigation and non-litigation cases.
