In 2003, he worked as an intern at Suzhou Shao Xueming Law Firm. From 2006 to 2015, he practised in Jiangsu Baiyin Yinghao Law Firm. In March 2015, he joined Shanghai Law View Partners (Suzhou) as a partner. During his practice, he mainly focused on the research and practice of corporate business contract affairs, project investment, credit management system construction, bankruptcy liquidation and bankruptcy reorganization, and accumulated rich experience in the process of providing legal services to all sectors of society. In the company's business practice, he is familiar with the contract affairs, the introduction of multi-type projects, internal management, business transactions and other matters drafting, reviewing, modifying, determining the contract text, and participating in the entire contract negotiations, giving professional legal advice. He can provide professional advice for the establishment, management and maintenance of the internal credit management system. In the government related legal work, he provides full legal services for project investment and project introduction of relevant government departments, participates in project identification, credit investigation, investment contract, company charter and other legal documents, negotiates the whole project, issues legal opinions, and assists in signing contracts. He is also familiar with foreign investment, corporate restructuring and other matters. In the financial business field, he provides legal argumentation for financial institutions to provide project financing business and also participates in the acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets. In the bankruptcy work of enterprises, he and his team participated in various matters such as bankruptcy liquidation and bankruptcy reorganization and had successful cases of leading the bankruptcy reorganization project.
