Mr Zhang is familiar with the litigation procedures in various cases and has good communication skills and a realistic work style. In December 2016, he wrote the article "Thinking and Countering the Economic Crimes of the Stakeholders", which was awarded the third prize at the Harbin Law Society's Criminal Law Theory Symposium; In July 2017， his article entitled “Determination of Compensation Value of House Expropriation on Collective Land under the Background of New Urbanization” was selected in the “Government Rule of Law Forum in Judicial Supervision” organized by Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association; “The role of government legal counsel in the new normal environment”, which was written by him in October 2017 was awarded the second prize at the seminar "How to Do a Good Job in the Legal Adviser of Party and Government Organs in the New Era" jointly organized by the Suzhou Lawyers Association and the Economic Law Research Association.
