Mr Guo graduated from the Law School of Fudan University in 2014. After graduation, he worked for Guo Hao Lawyer (Shanghai) and Shanghai Law View Partners. Mr Guo Dawei's main areas of expertise are criminal defence, civil and commercial litigation, and he is good at handling complex and difficult criminal cases such as various duty crimes, financial crimes, and major commercial litigation cases between financial institutions and enterprises.
As a defender and litigation agent, Mr Guo Dawei represented many criminal cases and civil and commercial cases with significant influence at home and abroad, and the total number of cases involved has exceeded 10 billion yuan; including Guo Wengui’s forced transaction  and misappropriation of funds case supervised by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Public Security,  the first case of e-banking acceptance fraud in China, and the case of trust case of Qiaoxing Group.
