Ms Xu specializes in providing various legal services for the entertainment media industry such as film and television companies, animation companies and variety shows companies, and accumulated certain experience in the fields of film and television entertainment, game animation, intellectual property and brand protection.
Ms Xu is engaged in copyright, trademark and anti-unfair competition rights defence lawsuits for animation and film companies such as Aofei Entertainment, Huacekton, Canxing Culture, Shanghai Animation Film Studio, etc. Various legal solutions are provided for the introduction and investment of films and programs, film and television animation derivatives, domestic and international film distribution and entertainment media dispute resolution.
Ms Xu has certain research on corporate brand protection. Xu represented a large number of trademark authorization cases and provided various legal solutions for companies such as cosmetics, food, finance and entertainment media to obtain trademark exclusive rights. She also provided brand protection internal training in many firms.
