Mr Cai is a senior lawyer with 15 years of experience in law practice. He has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and investment and financing laws.
He has served as a legal consultant and/or a special lawyer for large and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad such as China Unicom, China Shipping Container Lines, Germany Poway Auto, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, France Baolixing Trade, Taiwan Protank.
Being familiar with mergers and acquisitions, Mr Cai understands all the details of the M&A framework, delivery process and legal risk control. He has led a number of mergers and acquisitions projects including China Unicom (Zhejiang) and Zhejiang Huadu Telecom Assets.
In terms of company law, Mr Cai has relatively professional research on the structure and legal risk prevention of limited liability companies and joint stock companies and has rich business experience in the company's equity incentives, company share reform, and new OTC market business.
He has expertise in maritime law and international trade law and is familiar with trade finance, factoring business, and legal business involving derivative financial instruments for trade. Participated in important projects such as ship trading, ship financing, shipping equipment financing leasing, and offshore engineering financing.
