He once served in political and legal institutions and the world's top 500 foreign-funded logistics companies. Currently, he serves customers mainly in logistics and information technology companies. He mainly provides corporate legal counselling services such as corporate legal risk assessment, corporate governance, personnel labour law, contract management, and some special projects. The due diligence service also provided clients with training on special legal issues such as “Professional Fraud and Legal Responsibility” and “Trade Secret Management and Protection”. In addition, he provided anti-fraud investigation and internal supervision (legal) special services for a famous Japanese electrical appliance company.
