Mr Zhan was one of the first batches of lawyers who committed into the research and participation of the cultural film, television, media and entertainment industry. He provided special and comprehensive entertainment media legal services for film public television production companies, animation companies, sports events and advertising companies. Meanwhile, he gives indeed and precise customized legal advice to media, artists and screenwriters. With these experiences, Mr Zhan profound theoretical accumulation and practical experience in the fields of artist brokerage, reputation and privacy.
Mr Zhan is good at handling the daily labour disputes of large enterprises, dispute resolution of senior management rights, handling of high-end labour disputes, acquisitions, personnel placement and dissolution of mergers and acquisitions, and design and implementation of employee resettlement programs for bankrupt enterprises. Prohibition, stock options, foreigners' employment in China and labour dispute resolution provide advice, services and agents for complex labour dispute arbitration and litigation are also provided by Mr Zhan.
Mr Zhan has securities qualifications and fund qualifications. His team provides professional services in the business areas of New OTC Market, Science and Technology Board, Private Equity Fund, Corporate Debt Financing and Debt Financing, and Disposal of Non-performing Assets.
Mr. Zhan’s current social part-time job includes: Deputy Director of the Cultural Media Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association; Director of the China Science and Technology Law Society; part-time arbitrator of the Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee; Deputy Secretary General of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Law Research Association of the Shanghai Law Society; Shanghai International Director of the Business Law Research Association, Executive Director of the Corporate Law Committee; Special Writer of the Hong Kong Human Resources Association; Special Lecturer of the Graduate School of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.
