Mr Huang Shan began his internship in Jiangsu Yuanrong Law Firm in 2013 and officially practised in 2015. In 2018, he transferred to Law View Partners (Suzhou).
Mr Huang specializes in providing various legal services for the new energy industry, banks, brokerage, automobile manufacturing, and car rental industries.
He participated in the financing of startup companies, financial leasing business, etc. He can provide various legal advice and solutions for clients in equity design and other aspects.
