Mr Yu is a lawyer major in entertainment media, cultural education, private equity and capital market and corporate and commercial affairs, and he has abundant experience in entertainment law practice, school affairs in primary and secondary schools, intellectual property, investment in education, corporate investment and financing, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and dispute resolution and other fields. His clients include well-known cultural and entertainment media companies, large state-owned enterprises, large and medium-sized primary schools, growth private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises.
Mr Yu served more than 2,000 episodes of film and television dramas and handled more than dozens of private equity funds. He handled daily legal affairs for 985 colleges and famous bilingual schools. He acted as a commercial lawyer for more than 200 million litigation.
Mr Yu became a practising lawyer in 2007; before that, he was engaged in trial work at the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court.
