Graduated from Shanghai University in 1998 with a major in real estate management, Mr Zhang has 15-year-experiences of working in the real estate industry and is familiar with various processes and links in the establishment of real estate companies, equity mergers and acquisitions, development, and engineering. He worked as a Company legal counsel in a number of real estates listed companies such as CapitaLand, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech, Xiangyu Real Estate, Jingwen, and other top 500 companies. Mr Zhang focuses on real estate and construction disputes, civil and commercial dispute resolution and other litigation and non-litigation operations, which supports that he does have a wealth of practical experience, a profound legal foundation.
