Claire's practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, employment, and tax.

She handled many cases in China in relation to setting up WFOEs and JVs, restructuring, tax planning, and employment.

Before joining Law View Partners, Claire worked in a number of prestigious local and foreign law firms in Shanghai, mostly serving multi-nationals in respect of investment and restructure of business in China, as well as Fortune 500 multinational companies. She also delivers speeches in international conferences, e.g. New York State Bar Association, Annual Meeting.
